Mr. Albert Wynn

Albert L Wynn
Auto Biography

Albert Lovell Wynn was born in Anniston, Alabama in the year of the Dragon, 1952 to Boazie and Lugusta Wynn. He is at least 1/2 Zulu, 1/4 Creek, 1/8 French and 1/8 Blackfoot. He was born into a large family of five sisters and five brothers. His Father was a former U.S. Navy enlisted personnel who served during World War II. After returning to civilian life he became a builder and laborer. Albert’s Mother was a homemaker and laborer. Albert attended Twelfth Street Elementary School where the Principal’s “Motto” was “Do not be like dumb driven cattle,” a driving force to contend to for the rest of his learning career. He attended Cobb Avenue High School, (1966-1970) where he excelled in English, Math, French and Art. Albert enlisted into the U.S. Naval Forces in October of 1970, receiving the Vietnam Service Medal for his service in then, South Vietnam and completed a combined 23 years of Active and Naval Reserve Military Service. He achieved his Bachelor’s of Science in Business (Marketing) in 1993 from the University of the State of New York, Albany. He is currently working towards his Master’s of Science in Telecommunications Management at City University, Bellevue, Washington.

After his military career, Albert became a Federal Civil Servant with the Department of Defense where he has held several positions. His career has taken him to live and work in several countries around the world, most notable being, Singapore, Republic of South Korea, Qatar, Republic of the Philippines, United Arab Emirates, and the Kingdom of Bahrain where he now resides. The highlight of his exciting career has earned him the second highest award afforded a Federal Civil Servant, the distinguished Superior Civilian Service Award with Medal, presented to less than 10 percent of all federal employees during their careers.

Albert is the caring and loving Father of two bright children, his daughter Miriam Magdalene Wynn, an English Major and graduate of Stanford University and currently a Google employee (Googler) and son Orlando Lovell Wynn, a high-tech Computer Systems Analyst who unfortunately dropped out of college for the big bucks. Orlando is currently seeking to continue his studies with advice from his Father.

Albert is a serious minded and highly motivated individual. He considers himself an idealist with a great resolve for humanity, culture and the ability of one to achieve that which affects he or she the most in life. Life, he says, is but a journey through the learning pit, an adventure that can only be afforded the few, but is sought by the many. Albert insists that for the learned to import with knowledge, brings about innovation and continuous change for the benefit of the whole. His greatest wish is for all humanity to at some point in time challenge the faith of being whole so as to witness the greatest of all God’s miracles unfold.
