Tom Fleming , President of UPI Education, has been a dedicated high school administrator in the New Haven Public School System and a member of the U. S. Grant Board of Directors for Yale University. Over the past twenty five years, Thomas Fleming has held numerous management positions including Regional Marketing Manager for Sun Oil and Financial Planner for Ford Associates. He is responsible for creating social development and drug prevention curriculums for the New Haven Board of Education in Connecticut and because of his care for youth curriculums, he developed an Athletic Tutorial curriculum for young athletes – coordinating annual sporting events in order to provide academic parameters for student athletes.

Fred Stickney has been active in fundraising and business development for over 35 years and has raised over $100 million dollars for new projects in the non-profit and profit communities. He was the former President and CEO of the YMCA San Francisco for 4 years and CEO of the YMCA East Bay for 11 years. He spent a career, from which he retired, working on behalf of the YMCA. He is the well-known founder of the “Latch Key” Youth Development Program concept established in the late 1960’s in Portland, Oregon which has grown tremendously throughout the world.
In addition to the fundraising work he’s done, Mr. Stickney is the author of numerous articles in journals and periodicals and has co-authored “Where Do The Children Play” a manual for “Latch Key” Child Development as well as “Ghana Planning Assistance – Vocational Rehabilitation.” At the request of the Sister Cities International Program, he had conducted a research project in Ghana. Mr. Stickney has lectured in Hong Kong, Taiwan, The Phillippines, Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.

Heather Taylor, President of Alliance, will be spearheading the international relations and communications for the organization. Heather Taylor’s resume includes developing specialties of strategic product placement for a wide range of media and event opportunities, including major award show broadcasts and high-profile entertainment publications. She has served as a consultant for numerous non profit organizations including “Walk for Life,” Food for Life Network, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Food from the Hood in Los Angeles.
